Frequently Asked Questions
We want to get your order to you as fast as possible and we have split process in 2.
Bubble Mad is based in Luton so any orders that come from Luton, before 3pm, will be delivered on the same day starting from 5pm.
Orders that require a courier i.e. the rest of the UK. We will despatch your order within 3 to 5 days. The order will be freshly made on the same day it will be despatched.
You will be able to track your order through our system and details will be sent via email.
As these items are consumable we are unable to accept any returns. However if there are any issues we would do our best to resolve and get this sorted out for you. Just give us a shout.
Once your order has been placed, amendments and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If you request cancellation via live chat within 15 minutes of placing your order, we will attempt to cancel the order before it is dispatched. After 15 minutes we cannot cancel your order,
If you have entered the incorrect delivery address at checkout, you may not need to cancel your order. Get in touch via live chat with the correct address ASAP and we will do our best to help.
